The selective sorting of the highly ripe Cabernet Franc, followed by long maceration with very little remontage adds maximum structure of the wine.
The special feature of Larivale lies chiefly in its 12 months ageing with batonnage (stirring) in new barrels.
An elegant wine which will not fail to surprise your guests in three to seven year's time.
Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C after decanting.
