Saumur Champigny

A pure Frank Cabernet resulting from several vintages of Varrains, Chaintres and Saumur.
Traditional wine making, 18 days of maceration at low temperature with reassemblies every 2 days. Breeding out of tank, not of joining, filtration light and bottled in July.
This Saumur-Champigny is representative of name : little aggressiveness, very beautiful smoothness and of a perfume charmer.

To be used for temperature of cellar 14-15°C on a simple and cordial meal.
